Stone-milled and made to be whisked slowly, this is matcha designed for moments when you want to pause, reset, and enjoy something a little more intentional.

What Makes Ceremonial Matcha Different?

Ceremonial matcha is made from carefully selected green tea leaves that are shade-grown before harvesting.

The leaves are processed and finely ground into a vivid green powder, allowing you to consume the whole leaf rather than simply steeping it in water.

The result is a drink with depth, natural sweetness, and a distinctive umami character.

Stone-Milled, Slowly Made

Our matcha is stone-milled to create an exceptionally fine powder.

This traditional process is intentionally slow. The goal is to preserve the delicate qualities of the tea while creating the silky texture that makes ceremonial matcha so enjoyable to whisk.

It’s a reminder that good things don’t always need to be rushed.

How to Enjoy It

For a classic preparation, add a small amount of matcha to a bowl and sift it to remove any clumps.

Add warm water — not boiling — and whisk until the surface becomes light and frothy.

You can enjoy it traditionally with water, or add your favourite milk for a softer, creamier matcha latte.
